In short

Core Commercial Roofing & Coatings is a Texas commercial roofing contractor - commercial, industrial, and multi-family. We’re rooted in West Texas (Panhandle, South Plains, Big Country, Permian Basin, and Trans-Pecos) and work across Texas and beyond. We handle new construction, re-roofs, repairs, and restoration across every major low-slope and metal system, for building owners, property managers, and general contractors - and we give straight options instead of steering every roof toward one product.

Why building owners call us

Built for the problems owners actually face

  • Commercial is what we do

Commercial, industrial, and multi-family roofs are our specialty - warehouses, plants, retail centers, and large residential properties. Low-slope and metal systems are what our crews live in day in and day out, so your building gets people who know exactly what they’re standing on.

  • Every system, no bias

We install and service all of them - TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, spray foam, coatings. Because we’re not tied to one product, our recommendation is based on your roof and your budget, not our inventory.

  • Documented, bonded, accountable

Photo-documented findings, written recommendations, manufacturer-certified installs, and a bonded, insured company standing behind the work. You get a record you can take to your budget or your board.

FAQ

Commercial roofing questions owners ask first

What commercial roofing systems do you install?

TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, standing seam metal, spray foam, plus silicone and acrylic coatings and metal restoration. System choice follows the roof survey, not a brand default.

How much does a commercial roof cost per square foot in Texas?

As of August 2026, typical installed ranges for sound roofs are about $4 to $9 per square foot for coating, $8 to $14 for a TPO overlay, and $12 to $22 for a TPO tear-off and replace. Exact pricing needs a documented site survey.

Is it cheaper to coat or replace a commercial roof?

Coating is usually cheaper when the substrate is dry and sound. Replacement costs more upfront but lasts longer. Compare cost per year of service life, not cost per square foot alone.

Do you document hail damage for insurance?

Yes. We photograph impact, probe membranes, and produce a condition report an adjuster can use. We do not coat or repair over undocumented hail damage.

How fast can you respond to an active leak?

Call (806) 404-1250. We confirm the response window before dispatch across West Texas and for clients elsewhere in Texas.

What areas do you serve - and will you travel to my property?

We bid and install across West Texas markets - Amarillo, Midland-Odessa, Abilene, Lubbock, and the towns around them - and we travel across Texas and beyond for clients who need us. Manage property outside these regions? Ask about your location.
