This page lists only credentials we can point to publicly. Request a current COI and any project-specific manufacturer paperwork during bidding. Do not award work on a PDF claim you cannot verify.

Licence and insurance

| Texas roofing licence | Texas does not issue a statewide roofing contractor licence. We carry commercial general liability and workers compensation insurance, and we register locally where a city or county requires it before work starts. |
| Certificate of insurance (COI) | A current certificate of insurance is issued before contract when the building owner, property manager, or general contractor requests it. Ask for COI during bidding so coverage limits and additional insured language can be confirmed before mobilization. |
| Bonded work when required | When a project or owner requires performance or payment bonding, we confirm bondability during proposal and provide the bond instruments the contract specifies. |
Safety and field practice

| Site safety program | Field work follows a documented site safety program with trained supervisors on commercial jobs, fall protection where required, and jobsite coordination with the facility manager. |
| Documentation before proposals | Photographs, moisture findings, and core cuts come before repair, restore, or rebuild recommendations. We do not coat over undocumented hail damage. |
